The organizing committee of "SPG 2023" is seeking high-quality technical papers on various topics as outlined in this announcement. Authors are encouraged to submit original, well-crafted papers that are no more than six A4 pages in length and include relevant figures, tables, and images. Submissions can be made through the society's website, www.spgindia.org, following the guidelines outlined in the next section. The Technical Programme Committee will review all submissions and notify authors of acceptance well in advance. All accepted papers will be distributed on a USB drive.
The Technical Programme Committee will only consider the technical papers received by 15th July, 2023.
The authors have the option to choose either oral or poster presentation for their work, which will be taken into account when scheduling the sessions. However, the Technical Program Committee has the final say in this matter.
Oral presentations will be grouped into different technical sessions, some of which will take place simultaneously. These presentations will be computer-based, utilizing commonly used desktop presentation tools like MS-PowerPoint and Acrobat Reader, which will be pre-loaded centrally.
Poster sessions will occur concurrently with the oral sessions in a separate area during designated hours. Each poster will be displayed on a digital board provided by the organizers. The details about the format for posters will be communicated to the authors at a later date.
The technical paper must be written in English, and it should be concise, informative, and an exact reflection of the original work. Additionally, the paper must be broadly pertinent to one of the topics of the technical program listed below.
