Abstract
Well integrity issues have always been a matter of great concern for oil industry worldwide. Life of a well can be affected by deterioration of the casing/tubing integrity which can be due to corrosion or mehanical damage during drilling/work over resulting in chanelling of fluids. Remedial measures can be executed if the nature of problem is diagnosed.
